Summary/Objective: This position will provide support and backup to the VP, eCommerce Sales.  This position will have direct and subordinate account responsibilities to increase sales and provide follow-through service to large e-Tailers (B2B) eCommerce accounts i.e., Amazon.com, AutoAnything.com, etc.) and omni-channel customers (AutoZone, Advance Auto, etc.), as requested by other senior sales managers and VPs.  This position will report to the Senior National Account Manager, E-Comm.   Duties and Responsibilities: - Primary account responsibilities for sales growth and service issues as required by the customer - Prospecting and closing on new eCommerce customers - Subordinate account responsibilities for those accounts with whom this position shares with the VP, Senior National Account Manager - eCommerce - Assistance to other senior sales management associates for eCommerce properties owned by retailers and warehouse distributors - Provide guidance to other eCommerce Sales associates as needed - Learn and manage relevant metrics of large customers, i.e., Amazon.com and Home Depot.com and be prepared to discuss findings with the various departments in coordination of the VP Senior National Account Manager - eCommerce - Review analytics and provide communication to the various departments within the organization regarding various eCommerce performance metrics - Provide analytics regarding the purchasing performance of assigned customers to various departments as needed - Perform other duties as assigned To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
