The BPC will provide chassis beams to all of the LCI plants in Elkhart County by running 24 hours per day. Line maintenance will be performed with the speed and precision of a NASCAR pit stop to maximize line up-time. The pace will be fast and the work very rewarding in a comfortable environment.

This position will require a broad range of skills including welding, drilling, grinding, and sawing. In addition, this individual will be responsible for programing and operating a broad range of CNC and testing equipment, which include plate laser, plasma table, press brake, tube benders, machining center, lathe and MTS testing equipment/software. As products will often move into production, candidate must be able to read technical drawings and ensure products are manufactured according to engineering specifications. This position will also support engineering by operating the MTS test bed to validate products to a variety of industry standards. This position will work closely with our engineering test technician to ensure test requests are completed in a consistent and timely manner. Applicants should have a broad range fabrication and test experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
