Administrative support employees are strong communicators with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision. The individual will assist in formulating policies and have access to internal data and communications of a confidential nature. An ideal candidate is connected in the marine community and is passionate about hearing the Voice of the Customer. This role will be an influential contributor to our overall marine consumer experience strategy. Essential Functions - Manage the overall relationship for customers in the community with a focus on adoption, satisfaction, and retention - Oversee daily interactions of the community to deliver an exceptional, repeatable, customer experience. Directly responsible to create engagement within the community by creating rapport with members. - Maintain regular posting schedule and content creation/sharing. Includes coordinating our “Beneath the Surface” monthly boating topic dive and starting our virtual live stream interview series. Other regular posting responsibilities include coordinating research opportunities and events. Use of videos and photos is preferred to text posting. - Reporting monthly and annual metrics for community engagement, participation, and satisfaction; craft and execute projects to improve those metrics, provide updates on progress, and pivot as needed - Execute projects and initiatives to grow the Community user base - Highlight Community influencers and power users. - Generate close connections with top community influencers and SMEs. As research opportunities are opened, guide and offer members to participate through surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups. - Create close connections with appropriate internal teams to develop and improve the Captain's community and initiatives. - Ensure social customer service inquiries are addressed in a timely fashion. Close partnership and collaboration with Care Center is critical for goal achievement. - Leverage resources and other Customer Experience initiatives to enhance membership benefits both for Lippert and for members. - Become the face of our new series, “Captains Chair” where you will execute on-camera interviews of various industry figures and boat owners in different locations.
