Digital Printer Process Technician                                                                                 Under the direction of the Engineering/Production Managers, incumbent is responsible for supporting specific projects, developing, recommending, and implementing procedures and processes to improve efficiencies in production including but not limited to; safety, aesthetics, and quality. Incumbent will be a hands-on Technician in a fast-paced environment.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   DUTIES    - Oversees specific processes and projects within the scope of glass printing. - Responsible for process parameter adjustment and optimization; - Schedules and assists in the preventative maintenance of equipment; - Troubleshoots problems to determine most effective solutions; - Repairs parts obtaining replacements from appropriate source and reassembles machinery; - Works from prints, diagrams, instruction sheets, manuals and oral instructions; - Assists maintenance department with machine issues; - Participates in minor repairs to motors, wires, printheads, recirculation systems, etc.; - Utilizes appropriate programs for operations of the digital printer, i.e. Vitro-Manager, LibreCAD, GIMP, and others; - Participates in Continuous Improvement efforts; - Works with outside vendors to troubleshoot and maintain the equipment; - Participates in manufacturing costs determining printing department’s ability to manufacture certain products; - Assists in the development of new products on digital printer; - Maintains documentation in printing department including but not limited to the WI books, troubleshooting guide, and cleaning duty documents; - Participates in the development of and maintains work standards which may include time studies; - Occasionally operates machinery; - Performs other duties as assigned.   REQUIREMENTS  - 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing. - Familiarity with CNC, PCs, and relevant software applications (i.e. Microsoft Office, CAD, and GIMP/Photoshop/Illustrator); - Understanding of various testing methods utilized for inspection and survey of sample products; - Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements; - Must be multi-task oriented to balance several tasks and projects simultaneously; - Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with outside contractors as well as internally;   DIFFICULTY OF WORK Incumbent must have moderate amount of experience in glass manufacturing. The Lewmar Marine Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all outbound freight, daily receiving, picking, and cycle counting in the warehouse. This individual must be a self-starter with a focus on process improvement. Management level data reporting and ERP work is also required. The Warehouse Manager will report directly to the General Manager. This person will work closely with all Group Product Leaders and Customer Service to plan and arrange customer order fulfillment and shipping.
