Job Description Summary: This position will assist the Operations Supervisor in supervising and maintaining an efficient and effective Weld Department. The Weld Lead will be responsible for helping out Weld Associates when needed and reporting any associate or weld issues to the Operations Supervisor.  This position will report to the Operations Supervisor.
