Summary/Objective 

 

Lippert is hiring a Paid Media Specialist to join the growing digital marketing team and support various business segments across the paid advertising landscape. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring paid projects are executed, optimized, and reported on regularly in addition to contributing to always changing overall Lippert Paid Media Strategies.  

 

Responsibilities 

 

The ideal candidate is passionate about all things digital and traditional advertising! They are well-versed in the roles and objectives each platform and ad tactic and can accommodate requests within any area of paid advertising. Day-to-day expectations will include:  

  • Work with paid strategists to execute campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, etc.  
  • Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization 
  • Partner with sales and corporate teams to impact lead generation 
  • Work alongside our creative & development teams to optimize and test new ad creative and landing pages 
  • Optimize campaign, audience, creative, budgets, and bids across multiple channels to target ROI/Performance goals 
  • Work with programmatic partners to improve always on digital awareness initiatives 
  • Partner with data analyst teams to define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs 
  • In-depth keyword, and website research to influence ad grouping, targeting etc.  
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders 
  • Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies 
  • Organize and align initiatives across all platforms with Lippert’s paid media naming & structure conventions  
  • Coordination with needed teams/individuals for website event tracking & tagging  

 

Requirements 

 

  • 3+ years of experience in launching Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, Google, and traditional (print, radio, etc.) ad campaigns 
  • Experience in testing and optimizing ad creative at small and large scales  
  • Experience setting up A/B split tests and Multi-Variant testing 
  • Experience with analytics tools and reporting off of each platform 
  • Experience working with developers to set up Google Analytics events & views 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager 
  • Familiarity with up-and-coming ad platforms like Tik Tok, SnapChat, Pinterest, Spotify, iHeart, etc. 
  • Strong communication, oral and written skills 
  • Strong creative skills, ability to direct writers & designers on optimal ad content 
  • High attention to detail, be composed under pressure, and be cooperative, adaptable and willing to take on new projects 
  • Self-motivated; can learn quickly and work independently 
  • Extremely organized, systematic, and able to identify and address issues 
  • Punctual, can meet deadlines in a timely manner 
  • Have an analytical and data-driven mindset
