Summary/Objective
The Leadership Development Coordinator is responsible for helping coordinate leadership, personal, and professional training and development within the division they support. Reporting to the division’s Leadership Development Director, this role will help execute on global and local Leadership & Culture initiatives by coordinating various programs and initiatives, developing and bdelivering training, and coaching individuals toward growth. Partnering with the Personal & Professional Development Coach on their team and HR, they will help serve and support functional leaders in their pursuit of business and culture objectives, helping drive Lippert’s vision of Making Business a Force for Good in the world!

 

Essential Functions

  1. Reflects the core essence of a Lippert Leader, with capability to lead Self, Team, and Business in a manner that aligns with Core Values and Leader Qualities
  2. Partners with the division’s Leadership Development Director to train, coach, and advise Lippert leaders and team members to better lead through the Lippert Leader Model of leading Self, Team, and Business through the lens of Core Values and Leader Qualities
  3. Creates and delivers leadership, professional, and personal development presentations, trainings, and programs
  4. Helps manage a program delivery schedule that provides training as needed (live and precorded, in-person and virtually)
  5. Coordinates various Leadership & Culture initiatives including but not limited to Culture Committees/Influencer Groups, onboarding touchpoints, leader training, engagement survey
  6. Evaluates programs through the collection of data and feedback
  7. Tracks and communicates metrics as required, including the curating of impact stories
  8. Schedules and facilitates group and 1:1 personal & professional coaching sessions with leaders and team members
  9. Contributes to the growth and development of Lippert team members while promoting the Lippert Core Values and Leader Qualities, advancing the Lippert culture, and accomplishing organizational goals
  10. Builds relational trust and influence with leaders and team members, with an emphasis on middle layer and frontline leaders
  11. Supports all Leadership & Culture initiatives including but not limited to Lippert Cares, Training & Development, the Lippert Academy of Leadership, & Health & Wellbeing
  12. Continues self-development and learning in Leadership & Culture theory and practice, offering developmental relevance to the team and organization

Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

 

Required Education and Experience

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree, in a related field preferred
  2. Previous coaching experience with a background in leadership development and adult learning
  3. Minimum of three years professional experience

 

Additional Education and Experience Preferred

  1. Certifications in project management and/or coaching
  2. Manufacturing experience
  3. Bi-lingual (Spanish, French, Burmese)

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary.

 

Travel
Up to 40% travel could be expected for this position.
