    Summary/Objective

     

    We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer.

    The Quality Manager, or Quality Assurance Manager, will inspect the final product to make sure it is built within proper compliance to industry standards and meets customer expectations.

    Must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions
    1.         Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes

    1. Devise and review specifications for products or processes
    2. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
    3. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as customer obligations
    4. Professionally interact with inspectors and other manufacturing staff to provide guidance and feedback on product improvement
    5. Understand all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
    6. Inspect final output and compare products to requirements
    7. Approve the right products or reject defectives
    8. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
    9. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
    10. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
    11. Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedure

    Qualifications

    1. Proven experience as quality manager
    2. Conscientious and responsible
    3. A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
    4. Outstanding communication skills
    5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    6. Proficient in MS Office
    7. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
    8. Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
    9. Minimum 2 year degree in business administration, or 5 years of experience in relevant field
    10. Certification of quality control is a strong advantage Six Sigma or ISO 9000 etc.
