  • Overview

    Lippert Components is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Marketing Coordinator. We are looking for an individual who is a natural at building great relationships, has a positive outlook, takes pride in being organized and ensuring the details of any task or project have been worked out — one who easily gains the trust of those around them to follow-through on commitments.

    We are looking for:

    • a self-starter who knows how to ask good questions and can quickly prioritize and proactively coordinate with the right members of the team when new requests come into the department.
    • an experienced marketer who can ensure our team and campaigns are setup for success by leveraging our workflow management and marketing automation processes and systems.
    • a results-oriented, marketing ninja who enjoys interacting and collaborating with teammates throughout the day.
    • someone who’s confident sharing their unique perspective and supports an environment where cross-discipline collaboration, creativity and ideation can flourish.
    • basic proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop and InDesign, and has the ability to make updates to our website content and digital asset management systems would be an added plus.

    As a member of the LCI Marketing department, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with a large, experienced, in-house team to develop well-informed marketing strategy, and creative tactics and campaigns — which resonate with our B2B and B2C audiences.

    Essential functions:

    1. Review new requests into Marketing, ask good questions, prioritize appropriately, and coordinate across teams and disciplines.
    2. Doing what it takes to help keep the team moving forward and keeping them on-track. (E.g., standup meetings, project check-ins, tackling obstacles that get in the way).
    3. Support our Marketing leaders:
      1. to develop well-crafted, creative/project briefs, conducting research and assisting with different types of reporting (E.g., website analytics, email marketing, competitor and SEO research, digital campaign performance, etc.).
      2. creating high-profile, OEM/customer and investor relations presentations
    4. Coordinating with outside vendors, such as printers, on basic production needs and timelines.

    Supervisory Responsibility
    This position has no supervisory responsibilities upon hiring.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
    This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary.

     

    Travel
    Local travel is expected for this position.

     

    Preferred Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    2. Experience using marketing technology and workflow management systems.
    3. Previous branding, marketing, or creative agency experience.
