  • Overview

    Lippert Components is adding a Social Media Specialist to its growing marketing team. This is a creative and strategic role that will primarily be responsible for planning and executing short and long-term strategy for Lippert Components and affiliated brands’ social media. With a passion for digital marketing, you will oversee online reputation management and digital community growth, as well as contribute to daily content production and curation in a variety of social channels. You will monitor, collect, and analyze social media KPIs, always looking for an opportunity to grow engagement and stay ahead of the competition. This an ideal role for an experienced social media manager who is ready to take on a more strategic role.

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Administer day to day posting for LCI and affiliate business social accounts and explores opportunity for channel growth.
    2. Foster social cross-promotion across LCI brands, brand partners, dealer partners, influencer network, manufacturer partners, community and nonprofit partners, and the media.
    3. Curate, post and promote content from external and internal sources to reinforce LCI’s various business and marketing objectives.
    4. Manage and address reviews for LCI and affiliate brands on both social media sites and other review sites, including Yelp, Glassdoor, RV forums, Amazon, etc.
    5. Monitor and analyze sentiment, status, priority and classification of social engagement using Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Social Studio and create a monthly report on progress of social growth, campaign goals, lead generation, etc.
    6. Support digital marketing campaigns with coordinated social content, sponsored posts, dark posts, promoted content within our influencer network, and social advertising options.
    7. Coordinate directly with customer service team to direct responses to relevant comments, messages, question, reply, or post pertaining to an LCI entity within an appropriately brief window of time.

    Supervisory Responsibility

    This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

    Physical Demands

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position can be very active, sometimes requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time salary position 8-5pm, Monday - Friday

    Travel

    Travel will be moderate and would be primarily local during the business day.

    Required Education and Experience

    1. 2-5 years of social media brand management experience with a proven track record of growing community engagement.
    2. Expert-level knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat.
    3. Experience with interpreting and making strategic decisions based on social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
    4. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Studio, Datarama and Google Analytics a plus.
    5. Acute attention to detail, with effective time and project management skills to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities
    6. Familiarity with keyword placement and other SMO/SEO best practices.

    Preferred Education and Experience

    1. Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) proficiency strongly preferred.

    Work Authorization/Security Clearance

    Must be able to pass EVerify.
