  • Overview

    This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the flow of production. 

     

    Essential Functions

    1. Pulling Prints and boms for the pricing
    2. Monitoring customer orders via business system
    3. Auditing PO’s received against our business system
    4. Entering PO’s received from customers
    5. Pulling and completing Reports when necessary
    6. Ability to learn general knowledge of multiple product lines.
    7. Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
    8. Demonstrates ability to give excellent customer service, internally or externallyStocking parts: Loading jig, moving parts

    This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    This is a full-time hourly position.

    No travel is expected for this position.

    Required Education and Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Lift truck operator license preferred (training available)

    Responsibilities

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Enters customer orders placed same day if received before 3:30pm.
    • Monitoring customer orders sent electronically on a daily basis with minimal errors - includes checking inventory levels, verifying/updating customer information, monitoring the internal process of all account orders. 
    • Ability to learn general knowledge of the product line and is familiar with promotions and pricing schedules.
    • Performs all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.
    • Demonstrated ability to give extraordinary customer service.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Education (Degree) Requirements:

    • High School Diploma Required.
    • Team Player, open to change and changing priorities a must
    • Successful candidates will be organized, possess great follow-up skills, and high personal accountability.
    • Ability to work and make decisions independently
    • Ability to train others on the job
    • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
    • Ability to comprehend and follow safety instructions
    • Willing to work overtime, when necessary
